Two details that are not on any box. First, the monitor’s USB hub draws from the same power budget — plug in a bus-powered drive and a webcam and the laptop sees less than the headline figure. Second, a 65W monitor on a 140W laptop is not broken: it charges when idle and slowly discharges under sustained CPU load. For most office work that is fine; for video rendering it is not.
